Shipping

We ship every order within 2 business days from our Cleveland, Ohio warehouse. Orders over $75 ship free anywhere in the US; orders under $75 ship at a flat $6.95 rate.

Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days within the US. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our dock.

Returns

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging for a full refund. To start a return, email support@tooltopia.store with your order number — we’ll send you the return instructions and address.

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective — in that case, we cover it and make it right.

Items that have been used, modified, or are missing parts can’t be returned unless they’re defective under our 2-year warranty.
