These terms govern every purchase you make from ToolTopia (“we”, “us”, “our”) at tooltopia.store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Ordering

When you place an order through our checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Your order is accepted once we charge your payment method and send a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if an item is out of stock or we can’t verify your payment details. If we cancel your order, you won’t be charged, or you’ll receive a full refund.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars, and the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Prices can change without notice. If we spot an obvious pricing error on an order you’ve placed, we’ll contact you before shipping to confirm you’d like to proceed at the corrected price.

Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards through secure payment processors. Your payment details are handled by our payment providers — we never store your full card number on our servers. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Order cancellation

Need to cancel? Contact us at support@tooltopia.store or +1 (555) 013-2048 as soon as possible. Orders that haven’t shipped yet can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, our 30-day returns policy applies instead — see our Shipping & Returns page.

Warranty

Every tool we sell carries a two-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Misuse, modification, and normal wear are not covered. To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem.
